First of all, i rarely read or post on the general forums, i know this place is infested with trolls and think they know it alls.
But its pretty much the only way i can express myself to a broad audience, voice my concerns to Blizzard and get some input from fellow players, so if you agree or not agree and have valid points please dont hesitate to respond.
I play this game since the first month the game is out, have seen alot of content and balacing the past few years through patches, not always as positive as the other but mainly good overall content wise, although the balancing could be alot better ( pointing towards content balancing, class balancing is difficult to be objective on ).

Hunters have it easy. They get a pet to hang around with and keep them company. They don't get hit that often (or at least for very long, one way or the other), and they have one of the best ways to shake off foes in the game. Furthermore, and most tellingly, Hunters can pretty much get to the level cap without ever working in a group or running a dungeon. It's our blessing and our curse, our boon and our bane. We have a built in tank that we can heal, and we're our own DPS support. What this means is that we can reach the heights of leveling in a multiplayer game, without once needing to play with multiple players.
A problem for hunters often comes there: a level 70 character is often expected to know how to do things in a group, with multiple players. And many a hunter has gone into a level 70 instance as their first dungeon run, resulting in less than optimal outcomes.

I think it'd make sense to just be able to dismiss your pets and have them at your command. Like you summon your mount, you can summon your pet. Maybe like how the keyring works, you can have a pet option where your pets are stored. Get rid of the stables altogether. Hunters are beastmasters, they should be able to summon their pets from the wild at whim. Also, allow more pet slots as you get higher level. I really like having a dps pet for pvp, a tank pet for pve, and a pet with buffs like furious howl for groups. That leaves me with no slots for taming new pets for their abilities.
I also think pets need to be reworked. Why the nerf? Doesn't it make sense that if you camp and wait around for a rare spawn that you should now have some sort of rare pet instead of one that's the same size, same attributes, and same everything as any non-rare pet? And I think taming a named pet, you should be able to keep their name. Wouldn't you like to have your white tiger still be named King Bangalash?

The Raid-
You raid with these people. You work with these people. These people are closer than your family. You should worry.
The GM- He’s sacrificed his family, friends, and probably a couple of jobs to drag you through new content. When the guild isn’t performing, these decisions are in question. Prone to shooting sprees, forum flame wars, and the rapid advancement/gearing of whatever toon the guild “needs”. If you can keep your mouth shut, he’ll go emo and quit before you get gkicked. Still, you do like the guy. Or did. Before he went crazy. See drunks, below.
The GM's Significant Other- Okay, so he was going to have to quit but he tricked his SO into playing. She loves it. She's terrible. You'll effectively 24 man every boss. Count on 4 constructs in the raid, every attempt. She plays a Belf.
The Raid Leader- When you stand in the flames, he dies a little bit inside.

TRUE STORIES: When you get all of your friends hooked on WoW so that you can have "intelligent conversation".
When you meet real Guild members in R/L but still call each other by your game name. Have meet several of my fellow guildies. Do not use real names. Honestly!
When your only form of communication with friends is to Whisp them during live game time. (see first entry)
You walk through a store and guess how many you can aggro and still beat to the check out.

Since the late 90s, when EverQuest took online gaming into a new light, massively multiplayer online role playing games (MMORPGs) have been steadily gaining popularity. World of Warcraft became an instant success when it was launched in November 2004 and currently has more than half the market of the MMORPG genre with over 7.5 million players worldwide.

On my server, as most others, tanks are in the minority, and it seems this has made many of them, especially the warrior ones, grow quite an childish attitude. We've had 3 warrior tanks quit from our guild because they felt they weren't being treated good enough or something.
So then today during hyjal, out fresh mt kept disconnecting during the trash packs causing wipes, and when we asked him if he could check up on his connection he gets all pissy, and refuses to accept it could anything else then instance lag, even though no-one else is getting dc'd, or even lagging.
We called the raid off because of this, was getting a bit late anyway, and he still whines in gchat about how his mood has been ****** up from this.
I don't get it, what is it about the warrior class and tanking that makes it so stressful to these people?

like maybe the forsaken would replace all the ruined human cities they live in with this new building style they are apparently getting and someone would take over stromgarde and it owuld be a city gnomes would take back gnomeregan trolls can have one of the troll cities or something also the teams might change they might have stopped fighting and you could choose which cities to make friends with with rep and such and group with anyone alternatively they could be fighting more and stormwind or orgimar would be burned down or some such

Grinding's inherent in every MMO out there. If you feel like switching, you'll probably be going into a much rougher grind; WoW is (from what I hear) a very easy MMO.

hunters aren't necessarily overpowered. the problem here is that the hunter's opponent was undersmart. - amzgspyderman

message detail I been playing Guild Wars since release, there is no grind at all in that game. Wow is pretty much all grind yeah, quests are either grind or take something somewhere and go kill more things to get there.
