Sup with all the touchy tanks?

message detail On my server, as most others, tanks are in the minority, and it seems this has made many of them, especially the warrior ones, grow quite an childish attitude. We've had 3 warrior tanks quit from our guild because they felt they weren't being treated good enough or something.
So then today during hyjal, out fresh mt kept disconnecting during the trash packs causing wipes, and when we asked him if he could check up on his connection he gets all pissy, and refuses to accept it could anything else then instance lag, even though no-one else is getting dc'd, or even lagging.
We called the raid off because of this, was getting a bit late anyway, and he still whines in gchat about how his mood has been ****** up from this.
I don't get it, what is it about the warrior class and tanking that makes it so stressful to these people?

message detail Having played a warrior to 70, you find yourself fighting for threat all the time from noobs who don't want to put points into threat reduction talents because they could be increasing their dps. You end up having people yell at you for not holding threat when they are pulling groups with pyro then start arcane explosing when they get close. Its a stressful job and I am thankful for good tanks that put up with it.

message detail We tanks get pissed off because whenever something goes wrong it's all ways our fault. Like when a fury warrior steps into defensive uses taunt and causes the raid to wipe, WE get the blame.
If We die? It's our own fault.
If the raid wipes because we're undergeared for the mob? It's our fault.
We're tired of putting up with you're crap. If it's our fault. I know I apologize when I mess up, but when it's something that I couldn't control the last thing I need is 9 or 24 other people yelling at me for no reason.
Treat your tanks with respect.
