message detail     I've been playing a week and I'm level 41, and all I do is grind grind grind. Is this the whole game?

Then you grind mobs with 4 more people
Then you grind mobs with 9 more people
Then you grind mobs with 24 more people

There's also a PvP system, but your better off with any other competitive game.

Really, theres *alot* of different zones, there's no reason for you to be just grinding all the time.

message detail     Grinding's inherent in every MMO out there. If you feel like switching, you'll probably be going into a much rougher grind; WoW is (from what I hear) a very easy MMO.

message detail     I been playing Guild Wars since release, there is no grind at all in that game. Wow is pretty much all grind yeah, quests are either grind or take something somewhere and go kill more things to get there.
